136  Oracles Hacking / Show Off / Testing ZOSE on: November 11, 2010, 06:04:42 AM

This is an old post, using an old version of ZOSE. Although the script code will still be provided and some of it can still be used as an example, it is outdated and it is recommended you don't follow it for your script if you are using ZOSE 1.05 or a later version

Well ZOSE finally came out so I decided to make a miniature dungeon using a script I made myself which surprisingly didnt take too long. The only trouble I had was compiling the script itself.

I made a video of it which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCtmLFfznkY

The script code for all you losers who want to make fun of me and tell me how I could have done things better is:
Code:
writelocation 33FF8
setinteraction72 0
jump3byte 1BA32

writelocation 1BA32
checkspecialflag
checkmemory D00B 96
disableinput
setmusic 3A
setdelay5
setdelay6
setcoords 68 28
playsound 6C
setdelay5
setcoords 48 68
playsound 6C
setdelay5
setcoords 58 88
playsound 6C
setdelay5
spawnenemy 51 1 48 28
setdelay1
spawnenemy 51 1 48 68
setdelay1
spawnenemy 51 1 58 88
spawncommon 1E A A4 0
setmusic 2D
enableinput
checkenemycount
setdelay5
setmusic 3A
setcoords 28 C8
createpuff
setdelay5
settile F1
setroomflag 80
setcoords 0 0

Enjoy

144  Oracles Hacking / Tools / Re: ZOSE - Zelda Oracles Script Editor [WIP] on: October 23, 2010, 12:27:40 AM
GREAT news! This may lead to being able to edit almost every interaction if my theories and tests are correct! No more being stuck with existing events! It seems that every type 2 (and other) interaction uses the scripting engine, so with a little emulation, ZOSE might be able to decompile/edit the scripts of regular interactions like people and triggers!

That is EXACTLY what I want to here Lin!  Smiley Smiley
Your theories/tests better work, or you'll crush a boys dreams.
145  Oracles Hacking / Help / Re: Where can I find a good quality Oracle of Ages Rom? on: October 20, 2010, 10:33:38 PM

147  Oracles Hacking / Progress / Re: Static Objects and Possible Plug-ins on: October 18, 2010, 06:52:08 PM
So if the static object thing is red does that mean its not in use for that map?
148  Oracles Hacking / Opinions and Experiments / Re: Creating a Cart on: October 18, 2010, 06:47:28 PM

150  Oracles Hacking / Help / Giving the hack on: October 16, 2010, 07:45:54 PM
Okay, so I'm wondering, when you finish your Zelda hack and you want to put it online for other people, do you just upload the hacked ROM to a website?
