Title: A Title Screen Editor Post by: SquallTheGamer on July 09, 2010, 06:58:31 AM Well, for people that are making serious Hacks, they would really need a tool that can edit the Title Screen. I think it should be drawn by pixel and changing the palettes would be good, too. :)
