Okay, so i'm having a little trouble with screens here.
when i want to copy map data from one overworld screen to the other, set the warps, etc., it all works just like it should.
but when i play the game, all it shows is a screen with an I on it, made out of water-rocks.

Help?

actually, i've sort of figured out how to use interactions now.

Just one question...

If type 2 interactions are used for people, etc., would i type in the sprite number for that person?

Okay, first, let me get something straight. you are editing a ROM file.
All you have to do is save it, then open a gameboy emulator.

My favorite one, possibly the best one, is Visual Boy Advance.
It can be found at

Simply clock Open and load your ROM!

Whenever i set the warp for a certian screen, in this case it's

Present overworld screen 6b, using a cave entrance to a dungeon, screen 45.

I followed the warp tutorial, but when i enter the cave i land in the cave where the skull key is found.

Hello, i need help with ZOLE.
I've looked all over the site and can't find any good tutorials on how to start making your quest.
i've even looked at the ultimatetut by factory.

Here are the things i don't understand:

how to create village people?
how to set items in a room?
how to set essences?
how to set Bosses and Minibosses?
Miniboss portals?
how to create a house with an interior?
Using items to solve puzzles such as:
Pusing/pulling items
Jumping color tile puzzles
seed shooter puzzles
switch hook diamonds
cane of somaria?
diving underwater warps?
bombable walls?how doubke vakue interactions work and how to set them on specific tiles?

and anything else you think would be helpful for beginners.
