Sprite editor (uncompressed sprites enemies and NPCs use)

I thought you said you weren't working on that? God, I hope you finish it :X

It is incredibly tedious to edit sprite graphics, if not, impossible to do so in YY-CHR because they are garbled. There for, I am requesting a sprite editor or decompression tool so that we may edit them, as it is required for my hack to redrawn entirely all of OoA's graphics.

Anyone kind people here who feel up to the deed, let it be known your contribution to making sprite editing possible is needed!
