So far, there's only three tools out for this.

One is for Windows in heavy development with no information on it (just the bit on DataCrystal) called Sword.

One is for DOS, which so far is the only one I can use via DosBox which is good but the overworld editor is laggy and it can't edit internal game data as well as having limits.

Another is for Mac OS X which seems to be the only one that can edit both the overworld and the internal game data. I'd like to use this, but I don't know how to port a program to PC. I don't think the author plans to port it either.

If someone has the knowledge of how to port a program, could they port the Mac OSX version to Windows or even DOS?

Again, you can use Virtual PC to run the Mac program. Also, DOS Box has an option to increase the max speed. Try that.

I tried to use Virtual PC and I have absolutely no clue how to set it up with a Mac OSX software. It says OS but that's not Mac.
