Since the uploading system is down, you can go sign up at a website like www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com. Once you sign up there, (signup for Imageshack only takes a couple seconds) upload your image and copy the direct link then go to your profile settings and paste that link into the http:// bar.

Voila! You have yourself your own image uploaded for use on this forum.
