As you begin a new file on Zelda Oracle of Ages, the music is muted until you meet Nayru singing. Does anyone know how to intialize the music without running into all those events? If so, please share your knowledge with me. I'm clueless. I do not to want to have meeting Nayru as part of my hack, but would like the music to start after exiting the starting house.

Yes, there is a patch for this thanks to Jigglysaint. Patches > Ages > Remove Beginning Locks. This will allow you to press Start and Select too.
