ZOTE or Zelda Oracle Text Editor is one of the applications included with ZOLE. ZOTE is a simple program which allows users to directly edit the in game text. Caution should be observed when using as new or replacement text must be of equal or less character length to prevent overwriting other sections of text. With the release of the disassembly this tool has been made obsolete as it is more flexible and does not have the issue of space restrictions overwriting other text.
